Super friendly host, nice and clean place, brand new and comfortable rooms, perfect location for our needs, relatively low price, aesthetically beautiful and well-arranged building.

Our family of four had a wonderful stay at this cozy guesthouse located within walking distance of a popular event center. the hosts were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our visit and our room was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully appointed. We appreciated the quiet location and the excellent breakfast offerings. the child-friendly amenities and warm hospitality made us feel right at home.
One small issue we encountered was difficulty finding the property due to a lack of clear signage along the main road. the host provided us with a helpful map to locate the guesthouse.

The stay was amazing and the hosts were very helpful and friendly. the rooms were clean and well-furnished. the location was great, just a short walk from the arena and close to other amenities. They offered underfloor heating which made the room cozy during the winter. the parking was safe and convenient.
There was no fridge in the room and the breakfast was a bit basic. It was hard to find the property due to incorrect map directions.

I had such a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The room was beautifully furnished and had underfloor heating, making it so cozy and comfortable. Everything was brand new and incredibly luxurious. The owner was incredibly kind and helpful, ensuring that my stay was perfect. The location was great, as it was quiet yet conveniently close to the Arena Center. The parking area was spacious and secure, giving me peace of mind. I will definitely be returning to this hotel because the price, ambiance, and service were all impeccable.
I highly recommend this place to everyone.

During our Christmas visit to this hotel, we loved the fact that the building was brand new and very aesthetically arranged. The location was very convenient for us as it was only a few minutes away from our concert destination. We also found it very comfortable to stay here, making our experience very enjoyable.
We were a bit disappointed by the lack of a fridge in our room and the scarce breakfast offered. it was difficult to locate the hotel as the location shown on Google maps was not accurate.
